ITC Student Employment

The Student Consultant (SC) Program at UVa

JOB OPENINGS: SC positions are currently available with the Walk-In Support and Call Center locations. SCs are scheduled depending on availability to work. An open position is also available in the Fitzhugh residence hall. Applicants for that position must be a resident of Fitzhugh to be considered and be able to commit 5 hours/week of technical support to fellow residents.

Each year, ITC hires a select number of students to serve as Student Consultants (SCs). First-year SCs initially serve as ITC representatives in their dormitories, and SCs with experience also work around Grounds in the libraries, labs, and at the Help Desk Call Center.
