Call the ITC Help Desk at (434) 924-3731—or 4-3731 from on Grounds—weekdays from 8 AM–5 PM.

In Person

  • Check our hours and locations for walk-in support. Bring your laptop and power cord with you.
    • No appointment is needed for walk-in assistance at the libraries.
  • Call ahead before walking into the Help Desk Call Center, located at 2015 Ivy Road.
    • Walk-in support at this location is from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM on weekdays and primarily for assisting with password changes.
    • All other in-person help requests at this location are by appointment to arrange for the appropriate staff to be available to address your problem without a significant wait.
    • Call ahead at (434) 924-3731 to discuss your needs.

At both the Walk-In Support sessions around Grounds and the Help Desk Call Center, we do software troubleshooting, not hardware repair. But we can forward hardware problems to other organizations who provide this service (i.e., Cavalier Computers or DCI Service, depending on the type of machine).
