Off-Grounds Access to Email, Calendar, Files, and Resources

Email and Calendar

For faculty and staff, if you wish to use the centralized calendar system at UVa, you must use Microsoft Exchange, which integrates calendaring with email. If you don't need to use the centralized calendar, you may use either UVa's Central Mail Service (CMS) or email provided by one of UVa's contracted private email vendors.

For students, your email communications package is provided by one of UVa's contracted private email vendors.

Some resources are restricted to on-Grounds use only, or if off-Grounds, by using one of the following methods.
